Construction of a bypass around Pyrzyce town along provincial road no. 119

The West Pomeranian Voivodeship in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of the contract is the construction of a bypass around the town of Pyrzyce along provincial road No. 119. This project is co-financed by the Government Road Development Fund: BYPASS PROGRAM. 2. The scope of the project includes the construction of a bypass around the town of Pyrzyce along provincial road No. 119 on the western side of the town, which will provide communication between DW106, DW119, DP 1588Z, DW122, and DW119. Construction of the approximately 7.5 km long road, along with lighting, a service channel, and engineering structures, aims to improve the safety of all users, traffic conditions (flow, capacity), and reduce the negative impact of road traffic on the environment (noise, pollution) in Pyrzyce. Construction of the bypass will improve access to adjacent areas and enable the development of local investments that require efficient and trouble-free access. The new road will provide more efficient bus connections and improve the safety of this type of transport. 3. The scope of construction works includes: 1) tree and shrub removal 2) demolition work 3) construction of a bypass 4) construction of additional roads 5) construction of a pedestrian and bicycle path 6) construction of bridge structures 7) construction of a railway crossing 8) construction and reconstruction of culverts 9) construction of noise barriers 10) construction of road lighting 11) removal of electrical power conflicts 12) removal of gas conflicts 13) removal of telecommunications conflicts 14) construction of a service channel 15) topsoiling and grassing 16) compensatory planting 17) installation of road safety devices, horizontal and vertical markings. 4. The subject of the contract is described in detail in the Design Documentation, SST, Section C of the Technical Specifications, and the Priced Bills of Quantities. 5. The Ordering Party anticipates the possibility of awarding similar contracts, i.e. single-source contracts, referred to in art. 214 sec. 1 item 7 of the Public Procurement Law. 1) The value of the works is established at up to PLN 17,326,000.00 net, with a scope consistent with the subject of the basic contract, consisting in the repetition of similar construction works. 2) The basis for determining the terms of performance of a similar contract is the basic contract and negotiations conducted with the Contractor. 6. Pursuant to art. 95 sec. 1 of the Act, the Ordering Party requires that the Contractor or Subcontractor(s) employ, on the basis of an employment contract, all persons performing the activities indicated by the Ordering Party within the scope of the contract, i.e.: 1) preparatory works, earthworks, execution of road surface structures and road elements, finishing works, installation of traffic safety devices, execution of vertical and horizontal markings, 2) works in the bridge, sanitary, telecommunications, electrical power, and railway sectors. 7. The Ordering Party's rights regarding the method of verification and control of fulfillment of the obligation referred to in point 6 are specified in § 5 sec.3 item 9) and § 9 item 7 of the draft contract. 8. The Contractor is obliged to implement the subject matter of the contract using ICT products, ICT services and ICT processes for which no recommendation has been issued, referred to in Art. 33 item 4 of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, stating their negative impact on the fundamental interest of state security, or a decision or other act in connection with which a given ICT product, ICT service or specific ICT process should be withdrawn from use. with tender notice no. 687829-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
