Warranty period: a) for physical defects: 60 months – pursuant to Art. 568 § 1 of the Civil Code b) tightness of the reinforced concrete structure constructed using the "white bathtub" technology, including sealing any potential leaks for the underground part of the building: 60 months. 7. Warranty and maintenance period for replantings: 36 months. 8. From the date of handover of the facility for 60 months, the Contractor will provide free maintenance and inspections of: elevators, heating substation technology, sewage pumping station, mechanical ventilation system, air conditioning system, UPS, fire alarm system, smoke extraction system, Menu Board system, sound system, video intercom system, and kitchen technology. 9.
