The SIM Wrocław Sp. z o. o. in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 3.1. The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works consisting in the construction of a complex of eight multi-family residential buildings (including two buildings with service premises – retail with a sales area of ​​up to 700 m² each) with underground garages and the necessary technical infrastructure, on a real estate located in Wrocław at 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15 Stanisława Drabika Street, on plot no. 1/90, district 0026 Wojszyce, AR_8, carried out on the basis of building permit decision no. 1600/2025 of 25/07/2025, reference number: WAZ-B3.6740.181.2025, together with land development, accompanying works and obtaining an occupancy permit and occupancy permit on the terms described in the Agreement. 3.2. The required scope of the Investment includes, among others, execution of full-discipline construction works covered by construction design documentation, technical and execution design as well as detail drawings for the Investment for which the Ordering Party has obtained a final building permit, which include in particular the following works and activities: 3.2.1. construction of eight multi-family residential buildings, including multi-family residential buildings with commercial premises on the ground floor, two above-ground garages, accompanying infrastructure, internal roads, parking lots, access roads, installations and networks; buildings finished in the manner indicated in the Design Documentation, apartments and commercial premises intended for rent,” 3.2.2. land development including the cutting down of trees and shrubs and the making of compensatory plantings and maintaining their viability during the period indicated in the DSC; 3.2.3. construction and possible reconstruction of networks and connections within the investment field, and to the extent necessary beyond the investment field, in accordance with the Design Documentation. 3.2.4. obtaining a final decision on the occupancy permit for all buildings and structures of the investment field covered by the Order; 3.2.5. occupation together with the Ordering Party within the scope indicated in VOLUME II of the DSC; 3.3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the Design Documentation and appendices to the DSC. 3.4. The basis for preparing the offer is the Design Documentation – the link is provided in appendix no. VOLUME II to the DSC. Description of the subject of the order; 3.5. The Contractor is obliged to perform the order on the terms and conditions described in the contract template constituting VOLUME III of the DSC.
