Construction of a multi-family residential building with external infrastructure and landscaping on Strzelecka Street in Środa Wielkopolska

The Social Housing Initiative "KZN - Zachodni" Sp. z o. o. in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of the order is the construction and furnishing of the investment project carried out under the name: "Construction of a multi-family residential building together with external infrastructure and land development at Strzelecka Street in Środa Wielkopolska" on plot no. 51/2, which in particular includes the performance of full-discipline construction works covered by the design and execution documentation as well as detail drawings for the Investment, for which the Ordering Party has obtained a final decision on the building permit, which include in particular the following works and works: 1) construction of a multi-family residential building together with the accompanying infrastructure, internal roads, parking lots, access and exit from the public road, installations and networks, 2) land development including the installation of plantings and their maintenance during the warranty period, 3) construction and possible reconstruction of networks and connections within the Investment Field, and to the extent necessary beyond the Investment Field in accordance with the Design Documentation, 4) obtaining A final decision on the occupancy permit for the building and investment site covered by the contract. The condition for commencing construction work is the completion of ground tests, detailing the test results included in the technical documentation. Should the results be inconsistent, the Contractor, in collaboration with the Client and Designer, will propose a solution consistent with the technical requirements and construction knowledge. In the event of changes in ground conditions during the construction works resulting from the Contractor’s fault (e.g. failure to secure the excavation, excavation of soil below the design elevations, etc.), the costs of additional works will be covered by the Contractor. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order and the method of execution of the order are specified in: a) a building permit together with design documentation and technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works - Appendix No. 4 to the Technical Specifications (SWZ) b) draft provisions of the contract - Appendix No. 5 to the Technical Specifications (SWZ) c) the finishing standard specified by the Ordering Party constituting an annex to the Agreement (Appendix No. 5 - Draft provisions of the contract) 3. As part of the subject of the order, the Contractor will carry out the ordered construction works, prepare as-built documentation and an operating manual for the facility, including instructions for use of the apartments and operating manuals for equipment and installations, and will also carry out the commissioning of equipment and installations and train the Ordering Party’s personnel to the extent necessary to operate them. with tender notice no. 678391-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
