Construction of a photovoltaic power plant with an energy storage facility at the bus depot in Sosnowiec at 73 Lenartowicza Street

The PUBLIC TRANSPORT COMPANY SP. Z OO in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of the contract is the construction of a photovoltaic power plant together with an energy storage facility on the premises of the bus depot in Sosnowiec at 73 Lenartowicza Street. 2. The subject of the contract includes: 1) design – development of comprehensive documentation in accordance with the provisions of building law and the principles of technical knowledge, of complete design documentation for the investment project entitled: “Construction of a photovoltaic power plant ~ 600 kWp together with accompanying infrastructure, including an energy storage facility with a minimum capacity of 2000 kWh” located on plots of land registry no. 3460; 1956/3; 1955/21, 2006/23; 1955/6; 1955/7; 1955/8; 1955/9; 1955/10; 1955/11; 1955/12; 1955/13, located in the Silesian Voivodeship, Sosnowiec County, Sosnowiec Municipality, precinct 0003 (Zagórze). The final location of the power plant and energy storage facility within these plots must be agreed with the Ordering Party. During the design phase, the necessary approvals must be obtained from OSD Tauron and the City Hall, and an application must be submitted along with a construction design (PZT, PAB); obtain a valid building permit from the Municipal Office in Sosnowiec and make the necessary arrangements, including fire protection, at a coordination meeting for the passage of new cable routes, and also, before starting the construction of the facility, agree with OSD Tauron Dystrybucja SA (hereinafter referred to as "OSD" or "Tauron") on the technical solution and the method of connection to the public grid (technical design) and other for the designed facility. The Ordering Party expects the Contractor to provide complete design documentation enabling the commencement of construction and its handover (agreed technical design); 2) construction / construction (assembly) works – performed on the basis of the approved design documentation by the Ordering Party and the Municipal Office in Sosnowiec (construction, installation and assembly works consisting in the foundation of a photovoltaic power plant with a capacity of up to 600 kWp on ground structures together with the necessary accompanying infrastructure, including an energy storage facility with a minimum capacity of 2000 kWh, to the extent provided for in the design documentation, together with: start-up, testing, performance of control measurements in accordance with scope of assembly works). The Ordering Party expects the Contractor to construct and commission the building structure, along with obtaining all approvals or re-approval thereof for the ultimately adopted technical solution. The subject of the contract also includes preparatory work for the area covered by the intended project, including the removal of concrete slabs, unless the Ordering Party indicates another solution; 3) author's supervision – exercise of author's supervision by the designer/designers during the investment period to the extent provided for in Art. 20, paragraph 1, item 4 of the Building Law Act (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 524, as amended). 3. The main purpose of the investment is to provide an alternative source of electricity for charging electric buses.The chargers for charging electric buses are powered by a two-container transformer station marked on the site plan as ST-2. 5.
