Construction of a road junction at the intersection of the DK81 national road with the DW944 provincial road – Bielska Street in Skoczów.

The General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of the contract is the construction of a road junction at the existing intersection of national road no. 81 with provincial road DW 944 – Bielska Street in Skoczów /Silesian Voivodeship, Cieszyn County/, together with the removal of conflicts with technical infrastructure not related to the road. 3. The scope of the contract includes in particular: Road works: • extension of national road DK81 class GP2x2 from km 61 +118 to km 62 + 424; • extension of provincial road DW944 class G1x2 from km 9 +270.98 to 9 +472.98; • construction of a diamond-type road junction at the intersection of national road DK 81 with DW 944, with a grade-separated route along DK 81; • construction of entrance and exit slip roads; • extension of municipal road DG 430106S class D (Potok Street); • extension of municipal road DG 430056S class D (Fabryczna street); • reconstruction of municipal road DG 430074S (Wiślańska street) class L; • construction of new sections of municipal roads; • construction/reconstruction of pavements and pedestrian and bicycle paths; • construction of a medium roundabout-type intersection at the connection of DW944 with the DK81 slip roads; • construction of a standard intersection of district road DP 2616S (Stalmacha street) class Z with the new municipal road No. 2 (section A) class L; • construction of a standard intersection of the new municipal road No. 2 (section A) class L with the new municipal road No. 2 (section B) class D; • construction of a canalized intersection for right turns of the Ł2 slip road junction along the DK81 class GP route with municipal road no. 430056S (Fabryczna street) class D, equipped with exit and entry lanes; • reconstruction (demolition and construction) / construction of exits to properties within the scope of the investment; Construction of technical road equipment: • construction of drainage and water disposal facilities (surface drainage, road storm sewer system); • construction of a street lighting system with power supply; • construction of facilities and devices for traffic participants: turning areas, pedestrian crossings and cyclists’ crossings; • construction of technical road equipment: safety barriers, balustrades; • cutting down trees and shrubs to the necessary extent; • reconstruction (demolition and construction) / construction of a fencing; Bridge works: • construction of engineering structures: - WD.1 viaducts along the DK81 route at km 61+777.35 above DW944 – left and right roadway; - WD.2L bridge along the left carriageway and slip road DK81 at km 62+140.42 over the Bładnica river; - WD.2P bridge along the right carriageway of national road no. 81 at km 62+153.74 over the Bładnica river; - WD.3 bridge along the Ł.2 slip road of national road no. 81 at km 62+170.54 over the Bładnica river; - PP.1 underpass under DK81 at km 61+899.20; - PP.2 underpass under DW944 at km 61+840.50; - culvert P.1 in the ditch under road DK81 at km 61+533.96; - retaining structures KO.1 ÷ KO.6 • demolition of engineering structures colliding with the investment: - bridge(s), separately for each roadway, along the DK 81 over the Bładnica river, together with equipment: bridge ID.1.L along the left roadway, bridge ID.1.P along the right roadway; - bridge ID.2 along the DG 430074S route (ul.Wiślańska) on the Bładnica river with equipment; - underpass under road DK81 with equipment; - existing culvert ID.4 along national road no. 81 at km 61+528.14; Environmental protection devices: • construction of acoustic screens; • greenery development within the boundaries of the designed road right-of-way; Technical infrastructure in the road right-of-way not related to the road: • securing/reconstruction (demolition and construction) of the power network – low and medium voltage; • securing/reconstruction (demolition and construction) of the telecommunications network; • securing/reconstruction (demolition and construction) of the water supply network; • securing/reconstruction (demolition and construction) of the gas network – low, medium and high pressure; • securing/reconstruction (demolition and construction) of the storm water drainage network (other than road). 3. The order will be carried out on the basis of the Conditions of Contract for Construction for construction and engineering works designed by the Ordering Party. With respect to key tasks reserved for personal performance by the Contractor, the Contractor may not rely on the capabilities of the entity providing the resources, under the terms specified in Article 118, section 1 of the Public Procurement Law, to demonstrate compliance with the relevant conditions for participation in the procedure. 5.
