Construction of a road system connecting Antoniego Tabaki Street with Tysiąclecia Street in Swarzędz, including the construction of a grade-separated underpass (railway viaduct) at the height of Tabaki Street in Swarzędz at km 292.400 of railway line No. 3 Warszawa Zachodnia-Kunowice

The Swarzędz Commune in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of this contract is construction works consisting in the execution of an investment task entitled: Construction of a road junction between Antoniego Tabaki Street and Tysiąclecia Street in Swarzędz, together with the construction of a grade-separated crossing under the tracks (railway viaduct) on Tabaki Street in Swarzędz at km 292.400 of railway line No. 3 Warszawa Zachodnia-Kunowice. The detailed scope of the contract was specified in Annex 9 to SWZ and in Annex 14 – technical documentation. Other terms and conditions are specified in Annex No. 10. 2. Zamąświęży anticipates granting the district a grant in accordance with art. 214 sec. 1 item 7) of the Public Procurement Act (up to PLN 25 000 000.00) in the case of a future accident in accordance with art. 214 sec. 1 item 7) of the Public Procurement Act. The subject of the aforementioned projects will be similar construction works or services, consistent with the subject of the project. The ordering party foresees awarding this type of contract in particular when there is a need for the implementation of a range of works that are not currently considered within the scope of the basic contract, the execution of which will be possible through the repetition of similar works or services provided for within the scope of the basic contract – in particular when there is a need/necessity for the construction/renovation of streets/roads/communication lines adjacent to the investment – ​​expected execution of work within the scope: 1) Group – road works including road surface – works related to the construction/reconstruction/repair of streets and roads and the execution of an assortment of works related to the maintenance and implementation of road surface (compliant with the bill of quantities for the most recent joint project)? 2) Group II – industrial robots – construction/reconstruction/rebuilding of networks, connections, installations: • sanitary, heat pipelines, gas pipelines – robots related to the construction, reconstruction, provision of networks and installations, removal of conflicts with installations/networks (in accordance with the bill of quantities for the lowest half); • ​​electrical – in the scope of the construction and reconstruction of street lighting, construction and reconstruction of cable power lines, light signals (in accordance with the bill of quantities for the lowest half); • ​​telecommunications – in the scope of the construction or reconstruction of telecommunications infrastructure (in accordance with the bill of quantities for the lowest half); 3) Group III – construction works – works related to the construction, reconstruction or construction of an engineering object (in accordance with the bill of quantities for the highest half).
