Construction of bicycle paths and bicycle service areas as part of the project: "CYCLING ROZTOCZE. PEDESTRIAN AND CYCLING ROADS IN RURAL AREAS"

The Tomaszów County represented by the County Roads Authority in Tomaszów Lubelski in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of the contract is the construction of bicycle paths and bicycle service areas, divided into sections. 1.1. Section 1 The subject of the investment is the expansion of district roads numbered 2952L, 3548L, 3549L, and 3550L to include the construction of pedestrian and bicycle paths. The investment is located in the Susiec commune in Tomaszów County. The contract covers three sections: 1) Section No. 1 in the Susiec commune, a pedestrian and bicycle path in built-up areas and a bicycle path in an undeveloped area within district road No. 2952L Czartowe Pole-Oseredek, with a length of 4884.85m and a section in Susiec with a length of 1341.79m, totaling 6226.64m. 2) Section No. 2 in the Susiec Commune, pedestrian and bicycle route in built-up areas and bicycle route in unbuilt areas within the right-of-way of district road No. 3548L Łosiniec – Maziły, range 2664.21 m long, 3) Section No. 3 in the Susiec Commune, pedestrian and bicycle route in built-up areas and bicycle route in unbuilt areas within the right-of-way of district road No. 3549L Nowiny – Majdan Sopocki, range 5955.75 m long 1.2. Part 2 The subject of the investment is the extension of district road No. 3544L Bełżec – Chyże with regard to the construction of pedestrian and bicycle paths. The order covers a section in the Bełżec Commune, a pedestrian and bicycle path in built-up areas and a bicycle path in unbuilt areas within the lane of district road No. 3544L Bełżec – Chyże with a length of 3,668.64 m in Tomaszów County, and 230.00 m in Lubaczów County (ineligible costs), total length 3,898.64 m. 1.3. Part 3 The subject of the investment is the expansion of district roads No. 3545L and 3543L with regard to construction for pedestrians and bicycles. The order covers two sections: 1) Section No. 1 in the Tomaszów Lubelski and Susiec communes, a pedestrian and bicycle route in a built-up area and a bicycle route in an undeveloped area within the district road No. 3545L Rabinówka - Maziły, 5681.26 m long 2) Section No. 2 in the Tomaszów Lubelski commune, a pedestrian and bicycle route in a built-up area and a bicycle route in an undeveloped area within the district road No. 3543L, 381.81 m long The scope of the investment for parts 1, 2 and 3 includes, among others: • construction of a pedestrian and bicycle path • construction of an aggregate dirt shoulder • reconstruction of existing standard exits • renovation of existing culverts • cutting down trees and shrubs colliding with the investment • securing existing utility networks (if they are exposed) and removing conflicts • demolition of existing fences 1.4. Part 4 The subject of the contract is the construction of a Bicycle Service Area (MOR). The facilities are located in Bełżec. The subject of the contract consists of the following elements: 1) Construction of - One bus shelter "A" (technical shelter with facilities for repairing and charging bicycles, and intended for cyclists to rest) - One bus shelter "B" (a shelter intended for cyclists to rest) 2) Construction of small-scale architectural features: - four bicycle racks, - one set of waste bins for selective waste collection,- two lighting poles with a surveillance camera. 3) Installing: a power distribution board and a cable-measuring connector. 1.5. Part 5 The subject of the contract is the construction of a Bicycle Service Area (BRA). The facilities are located in Rabinówka. The subject of the contract consists of the following elements: 1) Construction of - One bus shelter "A" (technical shelter with bicycle repair and charging facilities, and intended for cyclists resting) - Two bus shelters "B" (shelters intended for cyclists resting) 2) Construction of small-scale architectural features: - four bicycle racks, - one set of garbage cans for selective waste collection, - two lighting poles with a surveillance camera. 3) Installing: a power distribution board and a cable-measuring connector. with tender notice no. 700391-2026 published on 12 Oct 2026.
