Construction of the 400 kV Krzemienica station – stage I

The Polish Power Grids Joint Stock Company in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of the Order is the comprehensive construction of a new 400 kV SE Krzemienica substation together with an access road, extension of the water supply network outside the station boundaries and related infrastructure, and the construction of a double-circuit 400 kV Krzemienica line – cutting the Słupsk – Żydowo Kierzkowo line, together with the introduction of fiber optic routes to SE Krzemienica and launch of the 400 kV Krzemienica – Słupsk 2 and Krzemienica – Żydowo Kierzkowo routes. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the Order, including in relation to the Supervision Option and Options No. 1-4, can be found in Part II of the SWZ Functional-Utility Program and in Part IV of the SWZ. 3. Each time, in all cases in which the Ordering Party describes the subject of the Order by reference to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in art. 101 sec. 1 item 2 and sec. 3 of the Act, the Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent to the described ones if they make it possible to obtain features or parameters not worse than those referred to. The above means that the Contractor may use solutions described by the Ordering Party “or equivalent”. 5. A Contractor who refers to solutions equivalent to those described by the Ordering Party is obliged to demonstrate that the supplies, services or construction works it offers meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party to an equivalent extent. The use of equivalent solutions requires written approval from the Ordering Party. Differences between the referenced standards and their equivalents must be precisely described by the Contractor and submitted to the Ordering Party for approval during the implementation of the Subject Matter of the Contract. with tender notice no. 682731-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
