The scope of work includes: • Construction of a high-speed movement road section (GP class) along the new track - Chmielnik bypass; • Construction of 2 engineering works: - 1 small animal crossing PZM-10 of length approx. 17m, horizontal clearance approx. 1.5m, relative density coefficient ≥ 0.09; - 1 small animal crossing PZDs-11 of length approx. 17m, horizontal clearance approx. 6.0m, vertical clearance approx. 3.5m, relative density coefficient ≥ 1.25; • Reconstruction of existing roads crossing the main high-speed road; • Construction of additional lanes/public roads for adjacent areas; • Construction of traffic safety facilities; • Construction of sidewalks; • Construction of drainage systems, including retention and evaporation tanks; • Construction of 1 vehicle control and weighing station; • Construction and reconstruction of technical infrastructure related and unrelated to the road, including technological channels, and necessary for the implementation of the investment; • Traffic Management System, within the scope: technological channels, traffic management concept, vehicle management, meteorological data collection, etc. with tender notice no. 697251-2026 published on 09 Oct 2026.
