Construction of the sanitary sewage network in Grzechynia (Stage IV)

The Water and Sewage Company "Eko-Skawa" Sp. z o. o. in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works consisting of the construction of a gravity-pressure sanitary sewer network (excluding Ø160 mm sections), two sewage pumping stations (PG1 and PG2), and the accompanying power and road infrastructure, in Grzechynia (Maków Podhalański commune), as part of the protection of the Skawa River catchment area above the Świnna Poręba reservoir. 2. The scope of the contract covers the section from the connection point to the existing sanitary sewer in Maków Podhalański, through the crossing under the Skawa River to Za Wódą Street, and then upstream through the entire town of Grzechynia to the Nowakówka housing estate. i.e.: 1) construction of the remaining portion of the gravity-pressure sanitary sewer network, with a total length of approximately 20 km. The gravity sewers will be constructed of socketed vitrified clay pipes (in sections constructed using the trench method) and jacking vitrified clay pipes (in sections constructed using the trenchless method – microtunnelling/jacking), as well as PE100 plastic pipes in sections of smaller diameters and in directional drilling, and Ø160 PVC pipes in sections of the distribution network. 2) Inspection chambers with diameters of Ø1000 mm and Ø600 mm (precast concrete elements) and Ø425 mm PVC. 3) Upstream of the PG1 pumping station, to ensure channel retention, a section with an increased channel diameter of Ø1400 mm made of polymer concrete, along with three Ø2500 mm chambers, will be constructed. 4) On the pressure pipelines, expansion wells Ø1200 mm and cleaning and venting wells with shut-off valves Ø1500 mm. 3. The scope of works includes in particular: demolition of existing surfaces, earthworks (excavations, reinforcement of excavation walls, backfill, backfill with compaction), drainage of excavations for the duration of construction (including drainage and connection wells), network assembly works, execution of directional drilling and jacking with protective pipes, tightness tests, as well as full reconstruction of road surfaces and green areas disturbed by the works. with tender notice no. 682985-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
