Construction of the State Fire Service headquarters in Nowy Targ together with the Fire Department

The Provincial Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Kraków in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for The subject of the contract is: Construction of the Fire Station of the District Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Nowy Targ together with the Rescue and Firefighting Unit together with the following installations: gas, water and sewage, central heating, electrical, telecommunications, mechanical ventilation as well as parking spaces, utility shelters, a flagpole, a fire route, and a telecommunications mast. Technical data of the designed building: Headquarters building with fire brigade unit: a) total area: 4,547.08 m², b) usable area: 3,884.71 m2, c) cubic capacity: 16,468.10 m3, Shelters (6 pcs): a) total area: 125.00 m² (5x20.00 m² + 1 x 25.00 m²), b) usable area: 123.00 m2 (5x19.60 m² + 1 x 25.00 m²), c) cubic capacity: 358.28 m3 (5x54.40 m3 + 1 x 86.25 m3), The task includes in particular: a) construction of a guard building with infrastructure, b) construction of roads, maneuvering areas, parking spaces, sidewalks to the extent necessary for the operation of the unit, c) construction of a generator generator together with the construction of a connection, d) construction of a fence – a fence up to 2.2 m to be implemented based on art. 29 sec. 2 item 20 of the Building Law. e) construction of a solid waste collection site, f) development of green areas, g) construction of utility shelters, h) construction of a separator, i) construction of small-scale architecture, j) construction of a flagpole, k) construction of a telecommunications mast, l) reconstruction of existing roads, parking lots and pavements within the plot, m) securing existing technical infrastructure colliding with the investment location – storm water drainage network, electrical system with lighting poles, telecommunication system, n) construction of connections – sanitary sewage, water supply, power, telecommunication, gas, o) construction of external installations: water supply, fire protection, sanitary sewage, storm water drainage, telecommunication system, area lighting, photovoltaic system. In addition, the task also includes: a) organization, securing, and development of the construction site; b) preparation of as-built documentation with complete and necessary measurements, certificates of conformity, technical approvals, declarations of conformity, and other documents authorizing the use of materials and equipment, along with their list; c) removal of non-recyclable demolition materials to the storage site in accordance with applicable regulations; d) cleaning and restoring the rooms and area to their original condition after completion of the work.
