PE-HD PE 100 RC SDR 17 PN 10 DN/OD 160 [mm] - length 175.50 [m]; including a passage under the existing culvert in a PE-HD PE 100 RC SDR 11 PN 16 DN/OD 280 [mm] casing pipe. DN 2500 sewage pumping station with complete equipment, accompanying infrastructure and site development. The existing terrain elevations may differ from the terrain elevations in the design documentation, therefore the elevations of the tops of the wells and valve boxes should be adjusted to the existing terrain. STAGE II: Modernization of the P61 sewage pumping station at Poprzeczna Street in Żory. 2. A detailed description and scope of the subject of the order are specified in the design documentation attached to the Specifications for the construction permit, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works. 3. The Contractor is obliged to perform the order on the terms and conditions described in the contract template constituting Appendix No. 6 to the Specifications for the construction works. 4. The Contractor is obliged to perform the subject of the order in accordance with applicable standards and technical knowledge, specified, among others, in the Act of 7 July 1994 – Building Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 418, as amended), while maintaining due diligence, proper work organization, and occupational health and safety rules. with tender notice no. 701290-2026 published on 12 Oct 2026.
