The works will be performed in accordance with the Conditions of Contract for Equipment and Design and Construction for Electrical and Mechanical Equipment and Engineering and Construction Works designed by the Contractor, fourth English-Polish edition, unchanged 2008 (with errata), a translation of the first English original published in 1999 by the International Federation of Consulting Engineers (Fédération Internationale des Ingénieurs-Conseils – FIDIC). A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in Appendix 1 to the SWZ – Functional-Utility Program (FUP). with tender notice no. 702026-2026 published on 12 Oct 2026.
