"CURRENT MAINTENANCE, CARE OF CITY PARKS AND MAINTENANCE OF PAVEMENTS ADJACENT TO THEM"

The Municipality of the City of Świdnica in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in the maintenance and care of city parks and the maintenance of sidewalks adjacent to them, including:  cleaning of entrusted green areas, maintaining the cleanliness of sidewalks and alleys located within green areas and waste removal,  grass mowing with and without removal of the cuttings,  leaf removal,  maintenance works within the woodlots such as sanitary and corrective pruning,  removal of deadwood, crown pruning, tree removal, removal of windfalls,  pruning of ornamental shrubs, their care, hedge-forming pruning,  weeding of planted shrubs, perennials and annual flowering bedding plants,  planting of trees, shrubs, perennials and annual flowering bedding plants,  prevention and control of plant diseases and pests,  supplementing the surface of the dog run,  maintaining the cleanliness of fountains located in parks outside their operating season,  maintaining the greenery around the gazebo and fountain and on the gazebo in the Youth Park,  maintaining the cleanliness and order of the gazebo facility in the Youth Park, 2. The Ordering Party does not reserve the obligation for the Contractor to personally perform key parts of the service. 5. The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to provide a warranty for the period of: • 3 months for planted annual flowering bedding plants, • 12 months for planted perennials, • 36 months for planted trees and shrubs. 6. During the warranty period, the Contractor is obligated to water planted trees, shrubs, perennials, and annual bedding plants at a frequency depending on the prevailing weather conditions, ensuring humidity and preventing drying. 7. If, during the assessment of the condition of the planted plants, it is determined that no viability has been maintained, the Contractor is obligated to replant them within a time agreed with the Ordering Party. 8. The warranty does not cover loss of plant viability caused by acts of vandalism or mechanical damage caused by motor vehicles. VI. CONTRACT COMPLETION DATE 1. Contract completion date: from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027. 2. In order to ensure the continuity of maintenance and care of city park areas and the maintenance of adjacent sidewalks, as the own tasks of the Municipality of Świdnica, the Ordering Party anticipates the commencement of the contract implementation period from 1 January 2027, i.e. after the end of the current contract. with tender notice no. 680397-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
