Nadto Zamawiający wymaga, aby Wykonawca przez okres 36 miesięcy po dokonaniu odbioru końcowego, na warunkach określonych w umowie, stanowiącej załącznik nr. 10 do SWZ, świadczył na rzecz Zamawiającego w ramach utrzymania trwałości projektu usługi o charakterze ciągłym polegające m.in. na wsparciu technicznym, asyście technicznej, świadczeniu usług serwisowych, zapewnieniu aktualności i ciągłości aktualizacji, licencji [dalej: „usługa o charakterze ciągłym”]. Oprogramowanie, licencje oraz wdrożenie systemów cyberbezpieczeństwa, rozumiane jako instalacja, testy, konfiguracja, muszą być nowe, nie używane, nieaktywowane wcześniej na innym urządzeniu, dostarczone w najnowszej stabilnej wersji. 2. 1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest „Cyberbezpieczne PGKiM w Sandomierzu – podniesienie poziomu bezpieczeństwa systemów IT/OT w ramach projektu Cyberbezpieczne Wodociągi” w zakresie którego realizowana jest dostawa fabrycznie nowego sprzętu komputerowego wyprodukowanego nie wcześniej niż w styczniu 2025 r., dostarczonego w opakowaniu oryginalnym (opakowanie musi być nienaruszone i posiadać zabezpieczenie zastosowane przez producenta) oraz dokonanie jego montażu, instalacji i konfiguracji, a także opracowanie dokumentacji wymaganej w OPZ, wdrożenie systemów cyberbezpieczeństwa, dostawa licencji i systemów, o których mowa w OPZ, przeprowadzenie szkoleń w zakresie obsługi wdrożonych urządzeń i systemów oraz przeprowadzenie audytów [dalej: „usługa o charakterze jednorazowym”].
