The subject of the contract includes two sections: • Stage I – Expansion of district road no. 2704L – Nadstawna Street in Kraśnik: 1) Location: city of Kraśnik, Kraśnik County, Lublin Voivodeship; cadastral district 0004 Budzyń, cadastral unit 060701_1 2) Mileage: from km 0+016 to km 0+504 (working mileage) Section length: 488 m (pedestrian and bicycle path ended at km 0+495.58) • Stage III – Expansion of district roads no. 2748L – Kolejowa Street and no. 2702L – Lubelska Street in Kraśnik: 1) Location: city of Kraśnik, Kraśnik County, Lublin Voivodeship; cadastral districts 0007 Zarzecze I and 0008 Railway Station, cadastral unit 060701_1 2) Mileage; Kolejowa street – from km 0+085.20 to km 2+505.0; Lubelska street – from km 0+000 to km 0+167 (working mileage) 3) Section length: 2 496 m (2 329 m along Kolejowa street and 167 m along Lubelska street) 2. The contract is being carried out as part of a project co-financed by the European Union funds ATTENTION - the Ordering Party does not allow submission of partial offers. Therefore, when submitting an offer in this procedure, the Contractor is obliged to submit an offer for two tasks. In the event of failure to submit an offer for two tasks, the Ordering Party will reject the offer pursuant to art. 226 sec. 1 item 5 of the Act. 3. The subject of the contract should be performed with the participation of persons with appropriate qualifications and experience to perform independent technical functions in the construction industry. 5. If the description of the subject of the contract includes a provision resulting from the KNR or KNNR indicating the need to use specific equipment with specific parameters in the execution of the contract, the Ordering Party allows the use of other equipment, provided that it ensures achievement of the assumed design parameters and does not cause the risk of non-compliance of the performed work with the technical documentation. 6. The subject of the contract should be performed based on applicable regulations, in particular the Act of 7 July 1994 – Building Law (Journal of Laws of 2026, item 524, as amended) together with implementing regulations, by a Contractor with appropriate experience, execution potential, and personnel with the appropriate experience and qualifications. 7. The materials used by the contractor should meet, in terms of quality, the requirements for products approved for sale and use in construction, specified in Article 10 of the Act of 7 July 1994 – Building Law. 8. The execution of the subject of the contract and its commissioning must also comply with all legal acts relevant to the subject of the contract, with technical and construction regulations, applicable Polish standards, guidelines, and principles of technical knowledge.
