The Miasto Katowice in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for Under the order the Contractor is obliged to deliver the following types of plates: 1. regular car plates 2. regular reduced plates 3. regular motorcycle and tractor plates 4. regular moped plates 5. regular trailer plates 6. temporary car plates 7. temporary motorcycle and tractor plates 8. temporary moped plates 9. temporary trailer plates 10. temporary plates for sports cars 11. vintage car plates 12. vintage motorcycle and tractor plates 13. vintage moped plates 14. individual car plates 15. individual motorcycle and tractor plates 16. professional car plates 17. professional motorcycle plates 18. professional moped plates 19. car plates for electric vehicles 20. reduced plates for electric vehicles 21. motorcycle plates for electric vehicles 22. moped plates for electric vehicles 23. duplicates and additional plates for the trunk Technical requirements (construction, materials, technology, quality), design, colors, algorithm for creating registration numbers, and other conditions that must be met by license plates are specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of November 8, 2024, on registration and marking of vehicles, requirements for license plates and templates of other documents related to vehicle registration (Journal of Laws 2024, item 1709, as amended), in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of March 12, 2019, on professional registration of vehicles, markings used and fees related to professional registration (Journal of Laws 2023, item 2616, as amended) and in the Regulation of the Minister of Transport, Construction and Maritime Economy of May 2, 2012, on the conditions of production and method of distribution of license plates and signs (Journal of Laws 2025, item 1677, consolidated text). Under the concluded contract, the Contractor will be bound by all regulations in this regard, taking into account any changes in regulations that may occur during the contract term. In the event of a change in the license plate design or the introduction of new license plates through a change in regulations, the Contractor will deliver plates based on the new designs. Details regarding delivery and cancellation of plates: a) the order will be processed successively, in accordance with the Ordering Party's needs. b) the processing of each order, with the exception of duplicates and additional plates for the trunk, cannot exceed five business days from the date of order acceptance. c) duplicates and additional plates for the trunk, in accordance with the submitted order, will be delivered twice a week, on mutually agreed days, and in exceptional cases, they will be delivered within one day; d) the Contractor will receive a list of the specified letter and numerical identification of the ordered plates along with each order.e) deliveries will be made in batches in accordance with submitted orders (in the form of packages of 50 plates). f) plates should be collected at least twice a month (on a mutually agreed date), during office hours, based on a handover and acceptance protocol, and their disposal should be in accordance with applicable regulations in this regard. g) for storing plates intended for disposal, the Contractor is obligated to provide baskets/containers in a quantity adapted to the needs of the Ordering Party (minimum 16 plates). h) the cost of delivery and disposal of the plates will be covered by the Plate Contractor. i) delivery will be made to the address specified by the Ordering Party. The Ordering Party requires a 24-month warranty period for the completed subject of the contract. The warranty period will begin on the date the license plate is issued to the vehicle owner. The required warranty period for the completed subject of the contract is equal to the warranty period.
