informs that pursuant to art 139 sec 1 of the Public Procurement Act it will first examine and evaluate the offers and then select the Contractor whose offer was rated the highest in terms of the absence of grounds for exclusion and compliance with the conditions for participation in the procedure 2 Together with the offer the Contractor is obliged to submit a European Single Procurement
