The Muzeum Szlachty Mazowieckiej w Ciechanowie in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of the order is the comprehensive delivery, assembly, and execution of accompanying works for a fumigation chamber for the Ordering Party. 2. The detailed scope of delivery, the method of order execution, and the contractors obligations are specified in the following documents: - Appendix No. 4 to the ToR, i.e., the Description of the Subject Matter of the Order - Appendix No. 3 to the ToR, i.e., the Draft Contract Provisions. 3. The Contractor undertakes to perform the work in accordance with the scope and requirements indicated in Appendix No. 4 to the ToR, i.e., the Description of the Subject Matter of the Order, with applicable regulations and standards, the current level of technical knowledge, and the draft contract provisions, as well as with due diligence. 4. The Ordering Party does not allow partial offers. The Contractor may only submit an offer for the entire scope of the order. 5. The Ordering Party does not allow variant offers. 6. The Ordering Party does not intend to convene a meeting of Contractors. 7. The Ordering Party does not require an on-site inspection or verification by the contractor of documents necessary to execute the order available on-site at the Ordering Party. 8. The Ordering Party does not anticipate selecting the most advantageous offer using an electronic auction. 9. The Ordering Party does not intend to conclude a framework agreement. 10. The Ordering Party does not anticipate any reimbursement of costs in the proceedings. 11. The Ordering Party does not reserve the obligation for the contractor to personally perform key tasks in accordance with Article 60 and Article 121 of the Public Procurement Act. 12. The Ordering Party does not require or allow the possibility of submitting offers in the form of electronic catalogues or of attaching electronic catalogues to offers. 13. The Ordering Party does not specify additional requirements related to the employment of persons referred to in Article 96 sec. 2 item 2 of the Public Procurement Act. 14. The Ordering Party does not anticipate the possibility of applying for the award of a contract only by contractors referred to in Article 94 of the Public Procurement Act. 15. The Ordering Party does not anticipate the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214 sec. 1 item 7 of the Public Procurement Act. with tender notice no. 701263-2026 published on 12 Oct 2026.
