Delivery and installation of a photovoltaic installation in PP no. 24 with an energy storage unit along with documentation - as part of the project: Renewable energy sources in public buildings in Jastrzębie-Zdrój

The The city of Jastrzębie-Zdrój in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of the contract is: Design, delivery, installation, and commissioning of a photovoltaic system, along with the necessary documentation, at Public Kindergarten No. 24 at 15 Aleksandra Fredry Street in Jastrzębie-Zdrój, with the following parameters: - photovoltaic generator capacity of 19.8 kWp (micro-installation within the meaning of the Renewable Energy Sources Act) - MEE electricity storage unit with a minimum capacity of 10 kW and a minimum usable capacity of 20 kWh. The photovoltaic system will be connected to the building's internal electrical system. Electricity generated by the micro-installation will be consumed on an ongoing basis, while any unused energy will be sent first to the electricity storage unit. Once charged, it will be sent to the grid and billed according to the sales price of electricity generated by the photovoltaics (monthly Market Energy Price rate - billed on a net-billing basis). The proposed system does not require any changes to grid connection conditions or a license. The full scope of the subject of the order is included in the Description of the Subject of the Order (DOS) constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ (Annex No. 2 to the contract). The contract will be performed with the participation of the Contract Engineer – PPUH INSTAL-PROJEKT Sp. z o.o., ul. Leśna 37, 44-341 Gołkowice. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Appendix No. 6 to the ToR. Pursuant to art. 101 sec. 4 of the Act of 11 September 2019 – Public Procurement Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 793, as amended), when describing the subject of the contract by reference to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in art. 101 sec. 1 item 2 and sec. 3 of the PZP, the Contracting Authority allows solutions equivalent to those described in the contract documentation.
