The Brzesko County - District Office in Brzesko in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 3.1. The tenderer does not limit the number of parts into which tenders can be submitted, nor does it limit the number of parts that can be awarded to a single contractor. In any case, if the tender document does not specify to which part of the order a given entry refers, it should be assumed that the entry refers to all parts of the order. 3.4. Detailed description of the order subject for each part are contained in annexes 1.1-1.38 to the tender document – Order subject description (hereinafter: "OPZ") for the specific part, as well as annexes 3.1.-3.4. to the tender document – Draft contractual provisions. 3.10. The parameters of the order subject specified in annexes 1.1-1.38 to the tender document constitute the minimum technical and quality requirements set by the tenderer. In case of any tender for equipment/devices/installations that do not meet the minimum technical, operational, user and quality parameters specified in annexes 1.1-1.38 to the tender document, the contractor's offer will be rejected. 3.11. The tenderer requires that the order subject be: 3.11.1. factory new, full value, free from any defects or damage, without prior use, 3.11.2. comply with all safety requirements stipulated by the current Polish law, 3.11.3. approved for commercial circulation on the territory of the Republic of Poland, 3.11.4. in accordance with recommendations, standards and currently applicable technical and operational requirements in the Republic of Poland and the European Union, and possess all necessary certificates, permits, authorizations, etc. that allow for use. with tender notice no. 685569-2026 published on 08 Oct 2026.
