Delivery and storage of equipment infrastructure for the Regional Centers of PZŁ SWD PRM

The Lotnicze Pogotowie Ratunkowe in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of 18 sets of devices, each consisting of three individual servers and two network switches enabling the servers to operate in a cluster. The Ordering Party requires that all sets of devices be delivered to a single location within the Republic of Poland, selected by the Contractor, where a formal acceptance of the devices will take place. After acceptance of the devices, the Contractor will be obligated to store the devices and successively deliver them to individual Regional Centers located in the Republic of Poland (17 locations), in accordance with the schedule provided by the Ordering Party, by April 15, 2027. The locations of individual Regional Centers will be made available to the Contractor after the contract is signed. As part of the deliveries to the Regional Centers, the devices will be assembled and installed in the Ordering Partys racks by a third party, with whom the Contractor will be obligated to cooperate to ensure proper installation and commissioning of the devices. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the Description of the Subject of the Contract (DSC), which constitutes Appendix No. 1 to the ToR, and in the PPU, which constitutes Appendix No. 2 to the ToR. 3. The Ordering Party requires that the offered subject of the contract, including all ICT products, ICT services and ICT processes used to perform the contract, both as main elements and as components, environmental elements or accompanying solutions, does not include: • ICT products, ICT services or ICT processes indicated in the recommendation referred to in art. 33 sec. 4 of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, stating their negative impact on the fundamental interest of state security; • ICT product the type of which was specified in the decision on recognizing the supplier as a high-risk supplier, referred to in art. 67b sec. 15 of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, or ICT services or ICT processes specified in that decision. The Contractor shall submit an appropriate declaration in the Bid Form. This declaration constitutes the content of the submitted offer. If the content of the offer, declaration, documents submitted with the offer or explanations provided by the Contractor indicates that the offer includes the solution referred to above, the offer shall be rejected pursuant to Article 226 paragraph 1 item 17 or item 19 of the Public Procurement Law. with tender notice no. 708736-2026 published on 14 Oct 2026.
