The subject of the order is the delivery, assembly and start-up of laboratory equipment for the National Reference Laboratories at the National Veterinary Institute - National Research Institute in Puławy. The subject of the order includes the delivery, assembly and start-up of the following devices: part No. 1 – Elisa reader – 4 pcs. part No. 2 – Elisa plate washer, 4 pcs. part No. 3 – Real time PCR apparatus – 6 pcs. part No. 4- CO2 incubator, 2 pcs. part No. 5- CO2 incubator, 4 pcs. part No. 6- Nucleic acid isolation station, 1 pcs. part No. 7 Low-temperature freezer -80 degrees C, 1 pcs. part No. 8 Low-temperature freezer -80 degrees C, 3 pcs. part No. 9 Low-temperature freezer -80 degrees C, C, 2 pcs. part No. 10 Tabletop centrifuge, 4 pcs. part No. 11- Inverted laboratory microscope, 2 pcs. part No. 12- Microcentrifuge, 1 pcs. part No. 13- Dewar vessel, 4 pcs. part 14- Evaporators, 4 pcs. The material scope of the subject of the order includes: 1) delivery of a brand new, manufactured in 2026, from current production and unused before the date of delivery, excluding the use necessary to perform a correct operation test, coming from the manufacturers official distribution channels, ensuring, in particular, the fulfillment of warranty rights under the equipment to the extent specified in the draft agreement constituting Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ, together with their transport, delivery and assembly (if applicable) and setting up in the place indicated by the Ordering Party. All components of the device that is the subject of this order have a CE certificate of conformity confirming the devices compliance with European safety conditions. The delivered equipment must be marked in such a way that both the product and the manufacturer can be identified. 2) the required operating instructions must be delivered with the order; 3) technical and operational documentation related to the subject of the order must be delivered with the order; 4) warranty documents issued by the manufacturer must be delivered with the order, as well as all necessary wires, cables, connectors, etc. (if required for the product to function properly). After delivery and/or installation at the Ordering Partys premises, the equipment must be ready for correct, failure-free operation in terms of all components and functions, in accordance with the description of these elements in Appendix 10 to the Technical Specifications. It is unacceptable that, to ensure proper operation of the equipment, it is necessary to install additional components (devices) or software at a later time, especially for an additional fee (this does not apply to consumables ordered during the operation of the equipment). 5) cleaning the premises after assembly, arrangement, and installation of the equipment; 6) conducting training in the operation of the equipment for designated Ordering Party employees; 7) the costs of transport and insurance of the delivered equipment are borne by the Contractor.8) All electrical components of the offered devices must comply with the Polish power supply standard. 9) The Contractor will be responsible to the Ordering Party for being authorized to market the software installed in the offered devices and for the Ordering Party being authorized, as a result of concluding the agreement, to use any software delivered with the offered equipment (if applicable) for normal use. 10) The Contractor is responsible for the entire order, including its progress and timely completion, quality, and compliance with technical and quality requirements and applicable legal regulations. A detailed description and method of order execution are included in the DSC, constituting Appendix No. 8 to the ToR, and the draft agreement constituting Appendix No. 5 to the ToR. The Ordering Party allows for partial bids.
