The Miasto Katowice in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1 Delivery assembly commissioning and commissioning of a complete photovoltaic installation along with accompanying construction works for the administrative building of the Civil Registry Office as part of the investment project entitled Increasing electricity production from renewable sources in public buildings of the City of Katowice stage II The subject of the contract includes the administrative building of the Civil Registry Office at 12a Wolno ci Square The details of the contract scope include a designing and agreeing on the photovoltaic installation together with all necessary components reconstructions and incorporation into the electrical installation b obtaining the required permits consents for the implementation of the task if any c obtaining legally required opinions valid permits checks agreements and approvals of the design documentation including in particular agreements with the Ordering Party experts in fire protection occupational health and safety sanitary and hygienic matters and the relevant Conservator of Monuments d exercising authorial supervision e delivering equipment and construction materials to the construction site necessary to complete the photovoltaic installation f reconstruction or replacement of the electrical installation to the necessary extent g performing the necessary works consisting in creating an automatically cooperating system of photovoltaic panels inverter electrical installation protection and grounding h reconstruction and adaptation of the lightning protection system i construction of the necessary structures for the installation of PV modules j laying the cabling for connection PV panels k making an additional layer of heat-sealable roofing felt on the roof of the administrative building l installing inverters to operate PV panels m installing a smartmeter device n adapting the installation to applicable regulations e g fire protection circuit breaker o carrying out tests of the entire installation and necessary measurements p programming and commissioning of the control system q commissioning of the photovoltaic installation r instructing persons indicated by the Ordering Party in the operation and safe use of the photovoltaic installation s all component devices of the photovoltaic installation must have the required certificates and approvals and their compatibility should be ensured also with the central monitoring system implemented in the city of Katowice entitled Monitoring system for energy and water carriers with the possibility of control in public utility facilities of the city of Katowice - SMiS t manufacture delivery and installation of an information and commemorative plaque The panels should be mounted on the roofs of the administrative building of the Civil Registry Office at 12a Wolno ci Square with a power of not less than 18 725 kWp and not more than 50 kWp Immediately after concluding the contract the Contractor is obliged to manufacture deliver and install an information and commemorative plaque dimensions 80x40 cm which will promote the implementation of the investment co-financed by the EU Note Appendix No 7 Description of the Subject Matter of the Order to the Specification of Technical Specifications and Appendix No 8 Inventory Expertise Assessment Concept to the Specification of Technical Specifications cover the main building and the administrative building of the Civil Registry Office Civil Registry Office Due to the need to renovate the roof of the main Civil Registry Office building the scope of the investment has been limited and covers only the administrative building The scope of the task does not include the main Civil Registry Office building The location of the Civil Registry Office buildings is presented in Appendix No 11 to the Specification of Technical Specifications 2 The detailed scope of the subject of the contract is defined by a Description of the Subject of the Contract constituting Appendix No 7 to the Specifications for Technical Conditions b draft contract provisions constituting Appendix No 13 to the Specifications for Technical Conditions c inventory expertise assessment of technical condition and concept for the selection of a photovoltaic installation constituting Appendix No 8 to the Specifications for Technical Conditions 3 Investment co-financed by the European Funds for Silesia 2021-2027 Just Transition Fund for Priority FESL 10 00 -
