The Public Transport Authority in Warsaw, acting on the basis of powers of attorney granted on behalf of and for the benefit of the Capital City of Warsaw in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of the order is: 1) Scope I: delivery, including design and implementation of the Fee Collection System and the Parking Information System on the P+R Metro Stokłosy, P+R Metro Ursynów and Anin SKM parking lots. 2) Scope II: execution of a service consisting of maintenance of the systems, devices and installations implemented in Scope I. 2. The contractor is obliged to perform the Order subject on the following objects: a) Communication Node Młociny, including Parking P+R Metro Młociny I and Parking Management Centre, located in Warsaw at ul. Kasprowicza 145. b) Parking P+R Metro Stokł: located in Warsaw at al. KEN 79. c) Parking P+R Metro Ursynów: located in Warsaw at al. KEN 100. d) Parking P+R Anin SKM: located in Warsaw at ul. Pożaryskiego 73. 3. The condition for implementation of Scope II is the receipt by the tenderer of the part of the Order subject specified for Scope I, consisting of the protocol-based acceptance of Stage III of the first of three locations to be implemented. 4. The detailed scope and description of the Order subject for Scope I, the method and conditions for its execution as well as the requirements of the tenderer are presented in the Order Subject Description (OPZ), which constitutes Annex No. 1a to SWZ. 5. The detailed scope and description of the Order subject for Scope II, the method and conditions for its execution as well as the requirements of the tenderer are presented in the Technical Specification, constituting Annex No. 1b to SWZ. with tender notice no. 685568-2026 published on 08 Oct 2026.
