The Ordering Party reserves the right to cancel the contract award procedure in accordance with Art. 310 of the Act of September 11, 2019, Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws 2026, item 793), if the public funds from the above-mentioned subsidy, which the Ordering Party intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract, have not been awarded to it. with tender notice no. 689372-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
