The purchase is financed as part of the project "Purchase of a new low-emission bus fleet for the expansion of the local public transport system of the Andrychów Commune," co-financed by the European Union under the European Funds for Małopolska 2021-2027 program, Measure 03.02 Urban transport, project number: FEMP.03.02-IZ.00-0238/24. Detailed requirements regarding the subject of the contract are included in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ, i.e., the Description of the Subject of the Contract (DOS) – together with Appendices No. 1, 2, and 3 to the DOS, as well as the annexes that constitute an integral part thereof.
