DELIVERY OF A BRAND NEW MEDIUM-SIZED 4X4 RESCUE AND FIRE FIGHTING VEHICLE FOR THE DISTRICT HEADQUARTERS OF THE STATE FIRE SERVICE IN BYTÓW.

The District Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Bytów in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for Material scope of the subject of the order: 1) The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of a brand new medium-sized rescue and fire-fighting vehicle with 4x4 drive for the District Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Bytów, in accordance with the Description of the Subject of the Order, Appendix No. 2 (hereinafter referred to as the OPZ); 2) The vehicle and its equipment should be brand new, in good condition, with no signs of use, manufactured in 2026. 3) The subject of the order also includes the delivery of complete documentation in accordance with the requirements specified in the OPZ and below; 4) Checking the compliance of the vehicle’s workmanship with the contract, the quality of workmanship, the functioning of the vehicle and individual devices, the quantitative compliance of the equipment and the required documentation; 5) The Contractor is obliged to conduct training for at least 18 persons indicated by the Ordering Party in the operation of the chassis, firefighting body and the vehicle’s truck pump. The training must be conducted: for persons collecting the vehicle at the Contractors premises, and within 30 days after collecting the vehicle, at the vehicles final location, indicated by the Ordering Party, 6) The vehicle must meet the requirements of Polish road traffic regulations, taking into account the requirements for emergency vehicles, i.e. the Road Traffic Law Act (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251, as amended) together with the implementing provisions to the Act and the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31 December 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 502, as amended). 7) The vehicle must be marked with the operational numbers of the State Fire Service in accordance with Order No. 6 of the Chief Commandant of the State Fire Service of 8 May 2025 on transport management in organizational units of the State Fire Service (Journal of Laws of the Headquarters of the State Fire Service of 2025, item 11). Data regarding the marking will be provided during the execution of the order. 8) The vehicle must have full reflective contour markings (OOK), in accordance with the provisions of §12 sec. 1 pt. 17 of the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31 December 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 502, as amended) and the guidelines of Regulation No. 48 ECE – UN - Regulation No. 48 of the Economic Commission for Europe of the United Nations (UNECE) – Uniform provisions concerning the approval of vehicles with regard to lighting and light-signalling devices of 6 December 2011 (OJ EU L No. 323, p. 46) Marking made of class C tape (i.e. reflective material for marking contours and stripes) with a width of at least 50 mm, red (yellow on the sides) marked with an international approval mark. The marking should be located as close as possible to the horizontal and vertical edges of the vehicle. Parameters,the technical data and other requirements of the vehicle and equipment are specified in detail in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the order.
