Delivery of a GPU computing server and a storage system

The Narodowy Instytut Geriatrii, Reumatologii i Rehabilitacji im. prof. dr hab. med. Eleonory Reicher in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. Subject of the order: Delivery, installation, and implementation of a computing server and a storage system. The subject of the order consists of the delivery of a computing server in a rack-mounted enclosure with a single data center-class GPU accelerator/card for AI/HPC/VDI tasks, delivery of a disk array in a rack-mounted enclosure, along with a complete set of disks, cabling, and mounting components. The ordering party requires that the subject of the order be covered by an 84-month warranty, counted from the date of signing the acceptance protocol. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the Technical Specifications (SWZ) and its attachments, in particular the Technical Specifications (OPZ) (technical parameters) and the Public Procurement Document (PPD). 3. The ordering party does not allow partial offers. 4. Place of execution: National Institute of Geriatrics, Rheumatology, and Rehabilitation. 5. Detailed issues regarding the deadline for completion of the subject of the order are specified in the PPU and the Public Procurement Document (PPD). The ordering party requires the contractor to deliver the subject of the order within 60 days from the date of signing the contract. 6. In the cases specified in the draft contract, the contract completion date may change. 7. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of variant offers. 8. The Ordering Party does not intend to award contracts referred to in art. 214 sec. 1 item 8 of the Public Procurement Act. 9. The Ordering Party does not intend to exercise the option right. 10. The hardware and software constituting the subject of the order must be approved for sale and use in the Republic of Poland and meet the relevant requirements specified in the OPZ 11. The Ordering Party hereby informs that, in accordance with art. 91 sec. 1 of the Public Procurement Act, it is awarding the contract in parts, each of which is the subject of a separate contract award procedure. This contract is one of the procedures conducted under the open tender procedure for the supply of IT equipment in 2026. with tender notice no. 717234-2026 published on 16 Oct 2026.
