The implementation of the subject of the order must comply with the DNSH principle ("Do No Significant Harm"), in accordance with Article 17 of Regulation (EU) 2020/852 of the European Parliament and of the Council and the guidelines for projects financed under the National Heat and Power Plant (KPO). 4. The Ordering Party requires that the Subject of the Order meet the DNSH principle ("Do No Significant Harm"), within the meaning of Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 2020/852. A separate agreement with the selected Contractor will be concluded for each of the above-mentioned Tasks. This results from the need for individual settlement of funds by each Ordering Party. The implementation of the task is necessary to achieve the main goal of the project, i.e., the development of the Ryki County Energy Cluster, among other things, by increasing self-consumption through an increase in the number of heat pumps, which will reduce the load on the energy grid in this area.
