Delivery of a RIB boat to equip a vessel Controller 19 - II procedure.

The Chief Inspectorate of Sea Fisheries in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of a brand new RIB-type patrol boat of class *bKM IV, hereinafter referred to as the "boat," with all other complete equipment constituting a functional unit for the needs of the Chief Inspectorate of Maritime Fisheries. The boat is intended to equip the Kontroler 19 vessel in Władysławowo, for the control of water bodies, the inspection of fishing vessels, and the control of recreational fishing conducted in marine waters, within a zone of up to 6 NM from the baseline of the Baltic Sea and up to 3 NM from the base vessel. 2. The subject of the contract includes, among others: 1) construction and delivery of a complete boat to the port of Władysławowo, functionally compatible with its intended use in terms of the purpose of the subject of the contract; 2) delivery of complete documentation of the boat in accordance with the requirements specified in the description of the subject of the contract and in the draft provisions of the contract (i.e. warranty cards, operation and maintenance manuals, device operating manuals in Polish and other documents required by law, including those confirming the CE marking (EU/EC certificate of conformity or equivalent); 3) checking the compliance of the boat’s construction with the contract and the Technical Specifications, including the quality of workmanship, functioning of individual systems and devices, quantitative compliance of the required equipment (e.g. life-saving appliances), in particular conducting technical start-up and control sailing tests based on the “Sea Trial Program” developed by the Contractor and agreed with the Ordering Party, 4) checking the correctness and consistency of the operation of all devices, instrumentation and systems of the boat without any disruptions, 5) conducting crew training in boat operation as in paragraph 13; 6) acceptance of the boat by a recognized classification society (Classifier). with tender notice no. 693078-2026 published on 08 Oct 2026.
