Delivery of bread, rolls, butter bread, cakes, cookies, pastries, doughnuts, croissants and cream puffs to the Police Training Centre in Legionowo and the Support Department of the Police Training Centre in Sułkowice

The Centrum Szkolenia Policji in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of the order is the supply of bread, rolls, buttered bread, cakes, cookies, pastries, doughnuts, croissants and cream puffs to the Police Training Center in Legionowo and the Supporting Department of the Police CSP in Sułkowice. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Appendix 4 to the Technical Specifications. 3. The subject of the order has been divided into three parts: 1) part I – BREAD, ROLLS, BUTTERED BREAD – delivery to the Police Training Center in Legionowo; 2) part II – CAKES, BISCUITS, ROLLS, DONUTS – delivery to the Police Training Center in Legionowo; 3) part III – BREAD, ROLLS, CAKES, ROLLS, DONUTS, COOKIE PEPPER ... 5. The Contractor is obliged to perform the order on the terms and conditions described in the Essential Provisions of the Contract, constituting Appendix No. 5 to the ToR. 6. The Ordering Party, pursuant to art. 455 paragraph 1 item 1 of the Act, due to the specific nature of the unit’s operation and the possible reduction in the number of feeders, reserves the right not to perform the entire order without financial and legal consequences. The minimum remuneration for the Contractor in such a case will be PLN 602,237.00 net, including: 1) part I – bread, rolls, buttered bread – delivery to the Police Training Center in Legionowo – PLN 246,043.00; 2) part II – cakes, cookies, yeast rolls, doughnuts – delivery to the Police Training Center in Legionowo – PLN 298,620.00; 3) Part III – bread, rolls, cakes, pastries, doughnuts, cream puffs – delivery to the Support Department of the CSP in Sułkowice – PLN 57,574.00. The minimum remuneration for the Contractor for the completion of individual parts will be reduced proportionally after the electronic auction. 7. The quantities of products specified in the price forms should be treated as average. The actual quantity of products ordered each time depends on the actual, current needs of the Ordering Party. 8. The Ordering Party reserves the right to unilaterally extend the contract execution period to 60 days after the deadline specified in the contract, within the financial resources designated for this purpose, and to request the conclusion of an annex to the contract in this respect. 9. Pursuant to Article 257 of the Act, the Ordering Party may cancel the procurement procedure if the public funds that the Ordering Party intended to allocate to finance all or part of the procurement have not been awarded to it. 10. The Contractor undertakes to deliver the subject of the contract in collective packaging, properly sorted and protected against damage, in temperature conditions recommended by the manufacturer, and using a clean means of transport suitable for transporting the subject of the contract. 11. The Ordering Party reserves the right that the total value of the order may not exceed the funds available. 12. The subject of the contract will be delivered to the Ordering Party's registered office at the Contractor's expense. 13.Order completion date - successively in batches within 12 months from 2 January 2027. Planned date of the first delivery from 2 January 2027. The Ordering Party reserves the right to complete the order earlier. 14. Place of order execution: food warehouse of the Police Training Center in Legionowo, ul. Zegrzyńska 121, 05-119 Legionowo and/or food warehouse of the Supporting Department of the CSP in Sułkowice, ul.
