The subject of the contract, as well as the packaging, must bear the trademark and designation of origin (manufacturer). 8) The Ordering Party allows for the submission of partial bids, i.e., for each of the 4 tasks separately: Task No. 1 – Computer Set Task No. 2 – Computer Set Task No. 3 – Computer Sets Task No. 4 – Laptop Computer 9) The Contracting Authority allows supplies or services to originate from countries other than European Union Member States, and other than countries that are parties to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement or other international agreements guaranteeing reciprocal and equal access to the public procurement market to which the European Union is a party, hereinafter referred to as "third countries that are not parties to international agreements." 2. Equivalent Solutions A contractor who cites equivalent solutions must demonstrate that the solution they offer meets the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority.
