The subject of the contract, as well as the packaging, must bear the trademark and the designation of origin (manufacturer). 8) The Ordering Party allows for the submission of partial offers, i.e. for each of the 5 tasks separately: Task No. 1 – multifunctional device Task No. 2 – multifunctional device Task No. 3 – multifunctional device Task No. 4 – multifunctional device Task No. 5 – multifunctional device 9) The Ordering Party allows for supplies or services to originate from countries other than European Union Member States, and other than countries that are parties to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement or parties to other international agreements guaranteeing reciprocal and equal access to the public procurement market to which the European Union is a party, hereinafter referred to as "third countries that are not parties to international agreements". 2. Equivalent solutions The contractor who invokes equivalent solutions is obliged to demonstrate that the solution offered meets the requirements specified by the Ordering Party.
