Delivery of containers as well as collection and management of non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste together with selective collection of waste from the Jeżów Commune area

The Gmina Jeżów in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for The scope of the order includes the implementation of the following service: - collection and management of municipal waste from properties where residents of Gmina Jeżów live; - delivery of at least the specified number of collection bags for selective waste collection as described in the order description; - delivery of containers for the entire duration of the order as specified in the order description. 1) The subject of the order is the collection and management of municipal waste generated and collected from all properties where residents live, located within the administrative boundaries of Gmina Jeżów, including the delivery of bags and containers specified by the tenderer for the duration of the public procurement agreement. 2) The contractor is obligated to collect and manage: a) non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste consisting of residual waste from selective waste collection; b) municipal waste collected in a selective manner: paper, metals, plastics, glass, multi-material packaging waste, biodegradable waste, hazardous waste, expired medicines and chemicals, non-medical waste generated in households as a result of taking medicinal products in injection form and monitoring the level of substances in blood, in particular needles and syringes, used batteries and accumulators, used electrical and electronic equipment, furniture and other large items, used tires, textile and clothing waste, as well as construction and demolition waste from households, and additionally municipal waste specified in regulations issued pursuant to Article 4a of the Law of September 13, 1. 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Dz. U. from 2023 r. no. 1469 with subsequent amendments). The detailed scope of the service for collecting municipal waste from property owners within the territory of Gmina Jeżów will be carried out in accordance with generally applicable law and local regulations of Gmina Jeżów. The detailed description of the order subject is contained in the order description annex to the tender. The total value of all agreements before modification is 3,831,624.00 PLN. The total value of all agreements after modification is 3,924,936.00 PLN with tender notice no. 681037-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026. The tender is due to expire on 31 Dec 2026.
