Delivery of dairy products

The State Treasury - 22nd Military Economic Unit in Olsztyn in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of the order is the supply of dairy products in accordance with the description of the subject of the order (minimum quality requirements) - Appendix No. 3 to the ToR, in the range and quantities specified in the pricing form - Appendix No. 4 to the ToR and the draft contract provisions - Appendix No. 2 to the ToR. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order and the method of order execution are included in the draft contract provisions (including annexes). 3. Deliveries of food products will be carried out successively. 4. The quality parameters and the required (minimum) warranty period are specified in Appendix No. 3 to the ToR (PDF) - Description of the Subject of the Order (Minimum Quality Requirements). The Ordering Party requires a warranty for the offered subject of the order under the terms specified in the Description of the Subject of the Order. 5. Pursuant to Article 441 of the Act of September 11, 2019 - Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party reserves the right to exercise the option right with respect to each of the lots into which this order has been divided, in accordance with the provisions of the draft contract provisions constituting an annex to the ToR. The Ordering Party has specified a basic order level in the pricing forms, which may be expanded by increasing the quantity of the assortment to the maximum quantity specified in the table in the "option" column. The Ordering Party stipulates that deliveries covered by the option right must be made under the terms specified for the basic order. 6. The products must meet the requirements resulting from: 6.1 Act of 25 August 2006 on the safety of food and nutrition and other implementing acts to this Act (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1448, as amended), 6.2 Act of 21 December 2000 on the commercial quality of agri-food products (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1980, as amended), 6.3 Act of 16 December 2005 on products of animal origin (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 981), 6.4 Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development of 23 December 2014 on the labeling of individual foodstuffs (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2015, item 29, as amended), 6.5 Regulation of the Minister of National Defence of 19 April 2004 on the Military Veterinary Inspection (Journal of Laws 2024, item 817), 6.6 Regulation (EC) No 852/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2004 on the hygiene of foodstuffs (OJ EU L 2004 No 139 of 30.04.2004 with corrigenda), 6.7 Regulation (EC) No 853/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2004 laying down specific hygiene rules for food of animal origin (OJ EU L 2004 No 139, p. 55 with corrigenda), 6.8 Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 October 2004 on materials and articles intended to come into contact with food and repealing Directives 80/590/EEC and 89/109/EEC (OJ L 338, 2004, p. 4, with corrigenda), 6.9 of Regulation (EC) No 178/2002 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 28 January 2002 laying down the general principles and requirements of food law, establishing the European Food Safety Authority and laying down procedures in matters of food safety (OJ L 31, 2002, p. 1, with corrigenda). 6. The costs of transport and transport insurance to the Recipients are borne by the Contractor. 7. Frequency of deliveries: twice a week. with tender notice no. 698532-2026 published on 09 Oct 2026.
