The 28th Military Economic Unit in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1 The subject of the order is the DELIVERY OF DEEP-FROZEN PRODUCTS AND CHILLED DELICATE PRODUCTS divided into 6 parts tasks in the quantities specified in the price form appendix no 3a to the Technical Specifications TASK NO 1 DELIVERY OF DEEP-FROZEN PRODUCTS Grupa Bezpiecze stwa GZ SIEDLCE TASK NO 2 DELIVERY OF DEEP-FROZEN PRODUCTS Bezpiecze stwa GZ WARSZAWA WESO A TASK NO 3 DELIVERY OF DEEP-FROZEN PRODUCTS ZZ LOGISTYK II A TASK NO 4 DELIVERY OF CHILLED DELICATE PRODUCTS Grupa Bezpiecze stwa GZ SIEDLCE TASK NO 5 DELIVERY OF COOLED DELICATIVE PRODUCTS Grupa Bezpiecze stwa GZ WARSZAWA WESO A TASK NO 6 DELIVERY OF COOLED DELICATIVE PRODUCTS ZZ LOGISTYK IIA 2 The requirements and a detailed description of the subject of the order are specified in Appendix No 1 to the SWZ Description of the subject of the order which will be published on the website of the conducted procedure https platformazakupowa pl pn 28wog 3 The Contractor is obliged to perform the order on the terms and conditions described in Appendixes No 6 6A 6B 6C 6D 6E to the SWZ draft contract provisions and appendices 4 The Ordering Party provides for the right of option in this procedure The Ordering Party provides for the right of option in accordance with Article 441 of the Public Procurement Law The exercise of the option right depending on the Ordering Party s needs will involve increasing the scope of the order in accordance with the Description of the Subject Matter of the Order up to a maximum of 200 of the value of the basic order The order specified in the optional order will be executed by the Contractor with whom the Agreement for the basic order was concluded under the terms and at the unit prices specified in the basic order The Ordering Party will notify the Contractor of the extent to which it will be obligated to execute the order specified in the optional order The execution of the optional part will be performed based on the Ordering Party s declaration of intent expressed in a written order The exercise of the option right to increase the product range will apply under the concluded Agreement for the basic order if it is necessary to ensure the continuity of food supply to the food recipients The Contractor will be informed of this at least two weeks in advance The Ordering Party s exercise of the option right is the Ordering Party s right The Ordering Party s exercise of the option right creates an obligation on the part of the Contractor to execute the optional order If the Ordering Party does not exercise the option right the Contractor will not be entitled to any claims in this respect The exercise of the option right does not constitute a change to the Agreement and does not require the signing of an additional Agreement with tender notice no. 664301-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
