Subject of the order in accordance with CPV:09134100-8 diesel fuel, 09132100-4 unleaded petrol Note: The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the quantity of the assortment, i.e. the given amounts of the Ordering Party's fuel demand may increase or decrease, but by a maximum of 20%. Fuel delivered to MZK sp. z o. o. in Piotrków Trybunalski is carried out in accordance with the applicable license and the assigned CN code. We are currently waiting for the issuance of an updated version of the license. Only diesel fuel (ON) with CN code 2710 20 11 will be purchased and further resold. Time for completing a single delivery: The Ordering Party requires that individual deliveries take place between 07:00 and 14:00, within no more than 48 hours from the moment the Ordering Party places the order. The Ordering Party allows for the possibility of placing individual orders by phone or fax. The Ordering Party will place orders for fuel delivery on business days, between 07:00 and 14:00. from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Note: The Ordering Party will always require the Contractor to submit a current quality certificate (certificate) for purchased fuels. Determining the quantity of fuel delivered: Fuel collection will take place under the supervision of a committee consisting of a representative of the Ordering Party and a representative of the Contractor (e.g., a tanker truck driver). Fuel will be measured using an electronic system based on the Ordering Party's measuring equipment. The committee will then prepare an appropriate report and determine the quantity of fuel received at actual temperature for invoicing.
