Delivery of disconnectors and earthing switches for 110 kV, 220 kV and 400 kV networks – stage IV_A

The Polish Power Grids Joint Stock Company in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of the Order is the execution of the Order consisting in the delivery of Brand New Devices. Deliveries will include Devices intended for installation in the Ordering Partys transmission network in newly built, modernized, or expanded power substations. Devices offered separately in individual Packages (Parts) must meet all the requirements of the OPZ and the Technical Specification, respectively: The subject of the order has been divided into 4 Parts: Package 1 - "Delivery of pantograph type disconnectors." Package 2 - "Delivery of horizontal-rotary type disconnectors and free-standing earthing switches." Package 3 - "Delivery of secant type disconnectors." Package 4 - "Delivery of disconnectors for the Wielopole SE task." 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Part II of the ToS, Description of the Subject of the Order. 3. In each case, in which the Ordering Party, describing the subject of the order by reference to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Art. 101, sec. 1 point 2 and sec. 3 of the Act, the Ordering Party accepts solutions equivalent to those described if they allow for obtaining features or parameters not worse than those cited. The above means that the contractor may use the solutions described by the Ordering Party "or equivalent." 4. Pursuant to art. 101 sec. 5 of the Act, a Contractor who refers to solutions equivalent to those described by the Ordering Party is obliged to demonstrate that the supplies it offers meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party, provided that the Contractor proves in the offer, in particular using the evidence referred to in art. 104-107 of the Act, that the proposed solutions meet the requirements specified in the description of the subject of the contract to an equivalent degree. 5. The order is being carried out as part of projects co-financed by the European Union under the FENiKS and CEF 2020 programs) and may aspire to funding under the National Reconstruction Plan program. 6. The Ordering Party will reject the offer in each Lot pursuant to art. 393 sec. 1 point 4) of the Act, in which the share of products, including software used in telecommunications network equipment, originating from European Union Member States, countries with which the European Union has concluded agreements on equal treatment of entrepreneurs, or countries to which the provisions of Directive 2014/25/EU apply pursuant to a Council decision, does not exceed 50%. 7.
