The The city of Kra nik in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1 The subject of the order is the Supply of educational kits for conducting robotics classes as part of the Kra nik A Safe City of the Next Generation project 2 The subject of the order is implemented under the Polish-Swiss Urban Development Program co-financed by the Second Edition of Swiss Financial Aid for selected European Union Member States to reduce socio-economic disparities within the European Union project entitled Kra nik A Safe City of the Next Generation and the state budget 3 The subject of the order includes the supply of 150 educational kits for mobile robotics intended for conducting robotics classes for children and youth 4 Each kit must constitute a complete ready-to-use system for building programming and training mobile robots enabling the implementation of STEM STEAM projects STEM - Science Technology Engineering Mathematics STEAM - Science Technology Engineering Arts Mathematics and preparation for participation in robotic tournaments based on autonomous task execution on a mat or operating field 5 All structural and electronic components included in a single kit must form a single coherent mutually compatible system enabling the construction programming and operation of the robot without the need to use structural or electronic components from another incompatible system 6 A detailed description of the subject of the order and delivery addresses are included in Appendix 1 to the Specification of Technical Conditions 7 The Contractor will execute the order in compliance with the provisions of the Specification of Technical Conditions Appendix 1 to the Specification of Technical Conditions and the agreement constituting Appendix 9 to the Specification of Technical Conditions 8 The scope of the order includes in particular the purchase of kits and their delivery i e transport unloading and carrying 9 The Ordering Party requires that the delivered sets constituting the subject of the order be brand new unused meet the required parameters specified in the detailed description of the subject of the order Appendix 1 to the Technical Specifications be undamaged technically functional complete and ready for use and meet the standards required by Polish law The Ordering Party excludes the delivery of exhibition equipment The equipment must have CE Conformit Europ enne declarations or equivalent and be accompanied by the necessary instructions and operating materials in Polish or English The subject of the order must have the appropriate certificates approvals and approvals allowing for sale and use in Poland 10 The delivered sets must be of full value and manufactured in accordance with applicable norms and standards The equipment must come from mass production and cannot be part of a group of devices designated for decommissioning 11 The subject of the order must be free from any physical and legal defects and may not be encumbered with any third party claims may not be the subject of a lien fiscal lien or seizure in enforcement proceedings nor may any other action be taken against him that may result in any third party claims being filed with tender notice no. 667874-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
