Delivery of equipment necessary for the implementation of Civil Protection and Civil Defense tasks in the Ożarów Mazowiecki Commune

The Ożarów Mazowiecki Commune in Poland from Europe region had released this tender for 1. The subject of the order includes the delivery of equipment necessary to carry out Civil Protection and Civil Defense tasks in the Ożarów Mazowiecki Commune, divided into 2 parts: 1) Delivery of 10 generators: a) as part of the implementation of this part of the order, the Contractor will be obliged to deliver: - 1 generator with a capacity of at least 125 kVA - 2 generators with a capacity of at least 30 kVA - 4 generators with a capacity of at least 5 kVA - 3 generators with a capacity of at least 50 kVA together with accessories to a place indicated by the Ordering Party located within the Ożarów Mazowiecki Commune b) the delivered generators together with accessories must be brand new, manufactured no earlier than 12 months before the deadline for submission of offers. The Contractor is obliged to provide the Ordering Party with a warranty for the delivered subject of the order for a period of at least 24 months from the date of signing the Acceptance Protocol (the warranty period is a criterion for the evaluation of offers), c) delivery of generators shall be understood as: their delivery and conducting training for at least 2 persons indicated by the Ordering Party in the scope of using the supplied equipment (applies to generators with a power of at least 5 kVa and generators with a power of at least 50 kVa) d) delivery of generators shall be understood as: their delivery, assembly and conducting training for at least 2 persons indicated by the Ordering Party in the scope of using the supplied equipment (applies to generators with a power of at least 125 kVa and generators with a power of at least 30 kVa) e) for a generator with a power of at least 125 kVa and for generators with a power of at least 30 kVA the following is also required: making all necessary cable connections, constructing an automatic transfer switch (ATS), carrying out necessary electrical measurements, commissioning the installation, carrying out functional tests of operation with the main and reserve power supply, preparing technical documentation for the emergency power supply with a generator in accordance with point 6.2 of the Description of the subject of the order regarding the above-mentioned generators f) the contractor is obliged to deliver the generators together with the operating manual and provide a detailed specification of the delivered product no later than 3 days before the planned conclusion of the public procurement contract 2) Delivery of a mobile water treatment plant in the quantity of 1 piece: a) as part of the implementation of this part of the subject of the order, the Contractor will be obliged to deliver: - 1 piece of a mobile water treatment plant with a capacity from 30 m³/h to 45 m³/h for deep waters, together with equipment, to the place indicated by the Ordering Party located in the Ożarów Mazowiecki commune b) the delivered mobile water treatment plant together with equipment must be factory-fitted new, the Contractor is obliged to provide the Ordering Party with a guarantee for the delivered subject of the order for a period of at least 48 months from the date of signing the Acceptance Protocol (the guarantee period is a criterion for the evaluation of offers),c) delivery of a mobile water treatment plant shall be understood as its delivery, commissioning, and training for at least 4 persons designated by the Ordering Party in the use of the supplied equipment. d) the contractor is obligated to deliver a mobile water treatment plant along with an operating manual and to provide a detailed specification of the delivered product no later than 3 days before the planned conclusion of the public procurement contract. 2. A detailed description of the scope of the subject of the contract for parts A and B is included in Appendix No. 1 to the Technical Specifications. 3.
