Other terms and conditions of the contract are specified in the Draft Procurement Agreement, constituting Annexes 6.1 and 6.2 to the ToR for a given part of the contract. 6. The contract is co-financed by the European Union under the Project "Gdańsk, a City of Professionals - development of infrastructure and equipment for vocational schools in Gdańsk - STAGE II" under the European Funds for Pomerania 2021-2027 Programme, Priority 6. European funds for a socially strong Pomerania (ERDF), Measure 6.2.
