Delivery of five brand new minibus passenger cars and two SUV passenger cars for the Military Property Agency, divided into six parts.

The Military Property Agency in Poland from Europe region had released this tender for 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of five brand new minibuses and two SUVs for the Military Property Agency, divided into six lots: Lot 1 - two minibuses; Lot 2 - one minibus; Lot 3 - one minibus (increased vehicle length); Lot 4 - one minibus (increased vehicle length); Lot 5 - one minibus; Lot 6 - one minibus. The order covers six lots. 3. The Ordering Party allows for the submission of partial bids for any number of lots. The Contractor may submit a bid for one or more lots. 4. The Ordering Party does not limit the number of lots for which a contractor may submit a tender or the number of lots for which a contract may be awarded to the same contractor. 5. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of tenders for cars originating from third countries that are not parties to international agreements: 1) third countries that are not parties to international agreements shall be considered to be countries other than those indicated in Art. 16b of the Act of 11 September 2019 – Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2026, item 793), i.e. countries that are not parties to the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement or other international agreements to which the European Union is a party that guarantee reciprocal and equal access to the public procurement market; 2) the country of origin of the car, in accordance with Article 60 of Regulation (EU) No 952/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 October 2013 laying down the Union Customs Code, shall be considered to be the country in which: a) the car was fully manufactured; b) the vehicle underwent its last significant, economically justified processing or treatment in a facility designed for this purpose, resulting in the creation of a new product or constituting a significant stage of production if more than one country was involved in the production of the vehicle. 6. The vehicle production date cannot be older than March 2026. 7. The Contractor undertakes to complete and deliver the subject of the order, for each part of the order separately, within a maximum deadline of 7 weeks from the date of conclusion of this contract. with tender notice no. 659892-2026 published on 25 Sep 2026.
