Pomorska 251. 2. Due to the extensive description - a detailed description of the subject of the order, delivery details are included in particular in Appendix No. 2 to the Technical Specifications. The subject of the order includes the delivery of IT equipment, peripherals and office equipment, divided into 2 lots, in particular: 2.1. Lot No. 1: desktop computer, laptops, monitor, laser printer CPV code: 30213300-8 – Desktop computer, 30231310-3 – Flat panel displays, 30213100-6 Portable computers, 42962000-7 – Printing and graphics devices 2.2. Lot No. 2 – Barcode readers CPV code: 30216130-6: Barcode readers 3. The scope of the subject of the order includes the delivery of new, not exhibition equipment, devices and software to the Ordering Partys premises. The supplied IT equipment and peripherals must be covered by at least the warranty period specified for the given device in Appendix No. 2 to the Technical Specifications. 4. The Contractor is obligated to attach to the BID – Appendix No. 2 to the Technical Specifications "Technical Parameters," supplemented in accordance with the Ordering Partys requirements. 5. Failure to submit Appendix No. 2 to the Technical Specifications constitutes an inability to evaluate the offer and, therefore, grounds for rejection of the offer from the procedure. 6. NOTE: Whenever the documentation indicates the brand or origin of a product or device, it should be assumed that each name is followed by the word "or equivalent," meaning that the incorporated materials, devices, etc. will have (be characterized by) all parameters no worse than those described in this documentation for a given item in the Technical Specifications. 7. If the description of the subject of the order indicates specific technical solutions, it is permissible to use solutions that are equivalent in terms of their features and parameters – as defined for the given item of the subject of the order. All possible brand names of devices and products used in the description of the subject of the order should be treated as standard definitions, not specific brand names of devices and products used in this documentation. The Contractor is responsible for proving equivalence.
