The scope of the order includes the delivery of new, non-exhibition hardware and software to the Ordering Party's premises. The delivered IT hardware and software must be covered by at least the warranty period specified for the given device, hardware, and software in Appendix No. 2 to the Technical Specifications. 3. The Contractor is obligated to attach to the OFFER – Appendix No. 2 to the Technical Specifications (SWZ), "Technical Parameters," supplemented in accordance with the Ordering Party's requirements. 6. NOTE: Whenever the documentation indicates the brand or origin of a product or device, it should be assumed that each name is followed by the word "or equivalent," meaning that the incorporated materials, devices, etc. will have (be characterized by) all parameters no worse than those described in this documentation for a given item. 7. If the description of the subject of the order indicates specific technical solutions, the use of solutions equivalent in terms of their features and parameters – specified for a given item of the subject of the order – is permitted. All possible brand names of devices and products used in the description of the subject of the order should be treated as standard definitions, not specific brand names of devices and products used in this documentation. The Contractor is responsible for proving equivalence. 2.4. The Ordering Party allows for the submission of partial offers.
