The Independent Public Health Care Facility Central Clinical Hospital of the Medical University of Lodz in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of the order is the implementation of the task entitled: “Supply of IT equipment with peripherals and multimedia” as part of the project entitled: “Increasing the quality and effectiveness of health services of the Mental Health Center for children and adolescents” under Funding Agreement No. FENX.06.01-IP.03-0105/25-00/305/2026/669, Project No. FENX.06.01-IP.03-0105/25, entitled: “Increasing the quality and effectiveness of health services of the Mental Health Center for children and adolescents” under Measure FENX.06.01 Health care system, priority FENX.06 Health of the Programme European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027 for the needs of the Central Clinical Hospital of the Medical University of Lodz at ul. Pomorska 251. 2. Due to the extensive description - a detailed description of the subject of the order, delivery details, are included in particular in Appendix No. 2 to the Technical Specifications. The subject of the order includes the delivery of IT equipment and peripheral devices, divided into 3 lots, in particular: 2.1. Lot No. 1: desktop computer, laptop, monitor, CPV code: 30213300-8 - Desktop computer, 30231310-3 - Flat panel displays, 30213100-6 Portable computers 2.2. Lot No. 2 - Multifunction devices CPV code: 42962000-7 - Printing and graphics devices 2.3. Lot No. 3: Multimedia devices: home cinema, audio equipment. Camera, multimedia board CPV CODE: 38651000-3 Cameras, 30231320-6 Touchscreen monitors, 32321200-1 Audiovisual devices, 32342412-3 Speakers 2. The scope of the subject of the order includes the delivery of new, not exhibition equipment and software to the Ordering Party's premises. The delivered IT equipment and peripherals must be covered by at least the warranty period - specified for the given device in Appendix No. 2 to the ToR. 3. The Contractor is obliged to attach to the OFFER – Appendix No. 2 to the ToR "Technical Parameters", supplemented in accordance with the Ordering Party's requirements. 4. Failure to submit Appendix No. 2 to the ToR will make it impossible to evaluate the offer and therefore grounds for rejection of the offer from the procedure. 6. NOTE: Whenever the documentation indicates the brand or origin of a product or device, it should be assumed that each name is followed by the word "or equivalent," meaning that the incorporated materials, devices, etc. will have (be characterized by) all parameters no worse than those described in this documentation for a given item in the DSC. 7. If the description of the subject of the order indicates specific technical solutions, it is permissible to use solutions equivalent in terms of their features and parameters – specified for a given item of the subject of the order. All possible brand names of devices and products used in the description of the subject of the order should be treated as standard definitions, and not specific brand names of devices and products used in this documentation. The Contractor is responsible for proving equivalence.
