Delivery of liquid fuels – diesel/gasoline to PGK “Żyrardów” Sp. z o. o. in 2027.

The Municipal Utilities Company "Żyrardów" Sp. z o. o. in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of the order is the supply of liquid fuels – unleaded petrol Pb95 and diesel fuel ON – for the needs of Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Komunalnej "Żyrardów" Sp. z o.o. The order has been divided into 2 lots: a) Lot 1 – supply of unleaded petrol Pb95 in the quantity of up to 4,500 liters and diesel fuel ON in the quantity of up to 3,500 liters, carried out successively by refueling the Ordering Party’s vehicles and canisters (for the needs of machines and equipment) at the Contractor’s petrol stations located in Poland, in a cashless system using fleet cards; b) Part 2 – delivery of diesel fuel in a total quantity of up to 154,000 liters, carried out successively directly by the Contractor using a road tanker, including: up to 4,000 liters – refueling into working machinery located on the premises of the waste landfill in Słabomierz Krzyżówka, Radziejowice commune, and up to 150,000 liters – refueling into the tank located on the premises of the sewage treatment plant at 5 Czysta Street, 96-300 Żyrardów. The indicated fuel quantities are estimated (maximum) quantities. The Ordering Party is not obligated to purchase fuel in the full quantity, and the Contractor is not entitled to any claims for failure to fully execute the order (§ 1 sec. 3 and § 3 sec. 2 of the contract templates). 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the order is included in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Order (DOC), constituting Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ. Detailed terms and conditions of the order execution are specified in the contract templates: for Part 1 – Appendix No. 7a to the Technical Specifications, for Part 2 – Appendix No. 7b to the Technical Specifications. 3. The Contractor guarantees that the fuels supplied will meet the quality requirements specified in applicable regulations, in particular in Polish Standards PN-EN 228 (unleaded petrol) and PN-EN 590 (diesel fuel) and in the regulations on quality requirements for liquid fuels. In Part 2, the Contractor shall attach a certificate of quality for the supplied fuel to each invoice (§ 3 section 9 of the contract template for Part 2). 4. In Part 1, the Contractor is obliged in particular to: issue to the Ordering Party free of charge fleet cards (approx. 50 cards assigned to the vehicle registration number or inventory number of the machine/equipment and approx. 20 bearer cards), secured with a PIN code, with daily limits specified in the Technical Specifications; issue new cards free of charge within 10 days of notification; providing access to an online portal enabling independent card blocking and downloading of editable reports (Excel); providing a detailed transaction report, referred to in point 5 of the OPZ, together with the collective invoice; having at least one 24-hour fuel station offering Pb95 unleaded petrol and ON diesel fuel, enabling cashless fuel purchases, located within the administrative boundaries of the city of Żyrardów and meeting the requirements of the regulations on technical conditions to be met by liquid fuel bases and stations, throughout the duration of the agreement.In Part 2, the Contractor is obliged in particular to: make deliveries within a period not longer than 48 hours from the moment of notification of the demand by the Ordering Party (to the landfill site – up to two deliveries per month, up to 1,000 liters in total; to the sewage treatment plant – up to 5,000 liters at a time, 3 to 4 deliveries per month are planned); make deliveries using a road tanker that meets the requirements of the regulations on fuel transport and environmental protection, equipped with a tank with valid legalization marks and a set of undamaged seals placed by an authorized body or with a legalized measuring device; the driver must present documents confirming the legalization of the road tanker with each delivery; confirm each delivery with an acceptance protocol (or other similar document). with tender notice no. 676475-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
