Delivery of mechanical and pneumatic parts for the performance of fourth-level maintenance activities P4.1 of Skoda Varsovia metro vehicles in 2027-2029

The Metro Warszawskie Sp. z o.o. in Poland from Europe region had released this tender for 1. The subject of the Order is the delivery of mechanical-pneumatic parts for the performance of fourth-level P4.1 repair maintenance activities on Skoda Varsovia metro vehicles in the years 2027-2029, divided into 13 tasks. 2. The scope of the Subject of the Order includes the delivery of mechanical-pneumatic parts as part of the individual tasks indicated in the "List of Ordered Parts" constituting Appendix No. 1 to the Technical Specifications, which constitute Appendix No. 1 to the Technical Specifications and constitute an integral part thereof (hereinafter: "ST"). 3. The Ordering Party requires the delivery of the Subject of the Order in partial deliveries (3 batches) according to the delivery schedule and in the quantities indicated in Appendix No. 1 to the Technical Specifications. A maximum of two partial deliveries are permissible within one batch. 4. The delivered Subject of the Order must be brand new and unused (brand new and unused means spare parts in their original packaging, with no signs of use). 5. The Contractor will provide a 24-month warranty for the delivered parts under the terms specified in the contract template. For a period equal to the warranty period granted by the Contractor, the subject of the order will be covered by a warranty for defects. 6. The subject of the order will be completed in accordance with the procurement documentation, i.e.: this Technical Specification and its annexes, in particular the Technical Specification and the contract template (Annex 2 to the Technical Specification). 7. The Ordering Party is not permitted to describe the subject of the order in the manner referred to in Article 99, Section 4 of the Public Procurement Law, i.e., without indicating trademarks (manufacturer's catalog numbers), and the use of manufacturer's catalog numbers is justified by the specificity of the subject of the order. Taking the above into account, in accordance with Article 99, Section 5 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party allows the submission of offers for products equivalent to those indicated by the Ordering Party in the Technical Specification. If equivalent parts are offered, they must have the same parameters as the original parts, while meeting the functional requirements of the original parts, and be compatible with other vehicle components. The Ordering Party requires that the manufacturer of equivalent parts has a Quality Management System implemented in its company. The Contractor who offers the supply of equivalent parts: a. declares in the offer form that it offers and will deliver equivalent parts, b. indicates the items for which it offers equivalent parts, c. includes in the offer the data of the offered equivalent parts, i.e. the names of the equivalent parts, manufacturers of the equivalent parts, catalogue numbers/designations of the equivalent parts, and the Contractor is obliged to describe the offered equivalent parts in the offer in a manner enabling the Ordering Party to clearly determine which equivalent parts the Contractor offers in a given item of the offer form, d. presents with the offer the relevant evidence referred to in point 12 of the Technical Specifications. If the Contractor declares in the offer form that it offers the supply of equivalent parts for a given task,and does not provide data specifying what equivalent parts it is offering, the Ordering Party will reject the offer for a given task pursuant to Article 226 paragraph 1 item 5 of the Public Procurement Law. 8. The Ordering Party allows for the submission of partial offers, provided that in the case of submitting an offer for a given task, the offer must cover the entire scope of the offered task. with tender notice no. 677057-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
