The contractor will be obliged to submit attendance list from the training referred to in section 3 with signatures of trained people users confirming their actual presence to the Hospital Pharmacy on time 5 business days from the date of training. 5. The Ordering Party reserves the right to: the right to request access to Contractors at the stage of examination and evaluation of offers samples of the offered subject matter of the contract in order to test them and check their capacity technical or professional nature of the Contractor to complete the order. Costs associated with this borne by the Contractor. 6. Offers that do not include the full scope of the subject of the order (within the scope of the part they concern) will be rejected. 7.
